  The rooms were nice spacious and clean, also the cleaning staff were very nice in my homest opinion nicer than the front desk staff , I would have given this hotel a four star if it wasn't for the way me & my children were treated we reserved and paid for our room on a Thursday to check in Saturday than get to get there an the hotel and front desk staff says my room was no longer available? Keeping in mind I booked and paid directly through the hotel , they even told us they would refund us our money to go somewhere else I was applaud and if it wasn't such short notice we would have left but all the other hotels were booked , and again I booked & paid in advance, the hotel is nice but my experience with front desk was very unprofessional, than I was told that many of the things told to me by their reservation staff were untrue , so that department should be trained better since I was told that reservations are a separate department all & all I will not be returning
