  The service here is terrible. I dropped my DJ Controller off because it wasn't connecting to my computer anymore, and they told me it would be fixed with no problem in 2 weeks. THREE weeks go by, and I don't get so much as a status report, email, phone call, or even a smoke signal to say "Hold on! We're not done/almost done!".
  
  Keep in mind that I am a DJ and it's summer. I dropped my controller off in July, and it is now August. Summer time is a DJ's busiest time, and I missed out on so many money making opportunities because they decided to waste time on my product. Not to mention, the person who answered the phone when I recently called to check on my product sounded like he had an attitude because I wasn't happy with HIS terrible service.....AND I have to wait another week for my product to be finished. I'll never come back.
