  My journey into finding a healthy lifestyle started back in December. I was reaching almost 200 pounds and knew I had to do something to get healthy and lose this extra weight. After hearing about the success of a friend's husband who lost 70 lbs. I was willing to give this program a try.
  I went to Dr. Pietrzykowska for a consultation and the rest has been a dream come true. I am now 12 weeks into the program and I have lost 23 pounds. I was never successful at losing weight with other programs in the past.
  Dr. Pietrzykowska's program makes you realize this is not about dieting as much as it is the need to make life style changes. I now wake up in the morning feeling positive about myself and no longer suffer with those aches and pains of the past.
  I am so grateful to Dr. Pietrzykowska and for all the assistance provided to me. It has given me an entirely new outlook on life along with the understanding of how to move forward to never revisit past mistakes.
  I highly recommend Dr. Pietrzykowska if you are considering a lifestyle change.
