  My check up and cleaning appointment was scheduled for 1pm on a Friday. I got to the office about 10 minutes early, and Autumn was very helpful in setting me up with the smile solutions plan the office offers. After checking in, I filled out a new medical update form, and about 5 minutes after completing my form Fabienne took me back for my exam. She was gentle with my xrays and she was funny. Dr. V came in did a good job explaining everything going on in my mouth to me. Alla did my cleaning. She was very efficient and my teeth feel very clean now.
  Eastern Dental of Ewing is obviously a very very busy office, however the staff is always very friendly to me when I come in and always makes me feel extremely welcome. I recommend the office to all.

  Abysmal service. They never pick up the phone or call you back. If I want to make an appointment, I have to go there in person. Long wait times. And their cleaning is far from thorough. They were done in 10min and I could still feel the roughness and dirt on my teeth. My previous dentist took 40min to do a cleaning. Unfortunately this is the only dentist in the area that will take my insurance.
